We are Empowering African Talents for Global Success
At Charis Black Projects (CBP), where we’re passionate about transforming the future for African women and youth. We’re a youth-led non-profit social enterprise dedicated to empowering Nigerian talents and fighting youth unemployment and poverty through tech skills training and global career opportunities.
Why We Exist
CBP is tackling some of the biggest challenges facing African youth today:
- High Unemployment Rates: Across Africa, millions of young people are either unemployed or underemployed, which slows economic growth and limits their potential to contribute to society.
- Lack of Marketable Skills: Many young Africans lack access to quality education and critical tech skills that are essential for securing well-paying jobs in the digital economy.
- Limited Global Opportunities: Despite their talents, African youth often struggle to connect with international opportunities, limiting their ability to compete on a global scale and build successful careers.
